With this form you order a Zootechnical Certificate for your horse registered in ICS Netherlands.

You need this certificate to enter your ICS-NL registered horse with another studbook organization.
Zootechnical certificates are only issued for Irish Cobs, Irish Cob Partbreds and Shires with registered parent(s).
The price is 28 Euro to be paid by Oaypal or credit card.
You can choose to receive the zootechnical certificate on paper sent by post for 28 Euro or as a pdf by email, for 25 Euro, to be paid by Paypal or Credit Card when you send this form.

Because the name of the owner is on the certificate, the horse must be registered on your name.
If this is not the case additional 22 Euro will be charged for change of ownership.
